We are regulars and continue to be very impressed with Edmonton Coast Plaza. Most notable are the staff (Sophia at reception; dining room staff are excellent (friendly and efficient). We didn’t meet up with Marilyn or Caroline from the dining room this time, however, we know that they continue to support guests very efficiently! It is hard to beat Coast Plaza for location as it is in the heart of downtown for dining, entertainment and shopping. We have many trips to the UofA hospital and find this hotel to provide easy access over 109 st bridge and back over 105th street.

Have stayed here several times now, and will continue to book at the Coast Edmonton Plaza in the future. The rooms are exactly as advertised, very clean and with comfortable beds. The staff are courteous and helpful, and parking is on par with other spots in the downtown area. There are a variety of dining options within a block or two, and overall, I enjoyed my stay here. Oh, and if you like a bidet, this hotel has some nice ones!

Everything was perfect. Smooth check-in/Check-out . Beautiful Lobby. Indoor Parking. Rooms were immaculate with great views. Bidets installed in all the rooms. Comfy beds. I never got to go swimming but I'm confident that it would of been a great experience. The staff were so helpful and friendly. Got an extra late check-out which was awesome! Great location. Good bang for your buck.

Their machines were down when we came to check in. We had been on the road for over 6 hours, even once approved, they wouldn't give us the keys until "their accounts" showed the monies, including asking me to go online to see if it was charged to my card. And then never did anything about the 1.5 hours it took to check us in. Loved the pool and hot tub.

The staff were friendly and were extremely helpful when I forgot some things and had a fruend pick them up after I had already traveled home. The messaging service was extremely helpful to communicate about a 3rd guest and to have a microwave brought to our room for one of my friends on a finicky meal plan. It was a good stay!
